People Who Harass in Lobby

It is very frustrating to get into a game lobby and have the other players in that lobby harass you. It forces you to leave the match, thereby you taking the queue time penalty. But there's no way anyone wants to play through an entire 20 min+ game with people who are deliberately being jerks. I recently got into a match with four players from the same club, tagged BEEWW, or possibly BEWWW or BEEEW (Can't remember for certain). I was given the jungle role, but their support immediately asks me if he can jungle. I say "no, i queued for jungle, not support." They all call me an ass. I had tagged Kindred as my preferred choice. They ban Kindred. I protested, and they started calling me a 12 year old. Obviously, I do not want to play an entire game with people who are going to behave like that. So I leave queue. This gives me the 6 min penalty, while they get to remain in queue and try again. There is no way this is fair. The current system effectively encourages bullying when you don't get what you want while queuing with multiple friends.
