Kaine, the Vagabond
Kaine, the Vagabond
"The horrors that I have witnessed in my horribly long years is incomprehensible to those who have not gazed into the realm void from order. The monsters that stalk the frontier are mere maggots in the game their Gods play. In the misuse and manipulation of the powers that keep this world together, you bring an unimaginable nightmare upon this world. The insatiable hunger of a dark God."
Kaine, the Vagabond, is a Ranged AD Carry who's auto attack is a constant beam, rather then a single bullet or arrow. This forces Kaine to stand still whilst attacking, but in turn Kaine can deal much more damage than a typical ADC. Attack speed determines how quickly the damage of Kaine's beam reaches the variable that his Kaine's ad.
Kaine wears a thick armored suit created from a material alien to Runeterra, the suit appears to have veins with a thick, glowing purple substance that travels throughout the suit. The armor's color appears to be black, but upon closer inspection one can see clearly that a painted red is a secondary color on the suit, but it has been faded with time. Kaine wears a helmet and a single visor that covers hides his face, along with strange observational technologies.
Kaine's weapon appears to be made of the same materials as his armor and is as well powered by the veins carrying the purple substance. The same faded red appears upon the cannon, however, the color is not nearly as faded. The cannon is bulky and os handled by both hands. It's cylinder maw opens up at the the front to reveal the erratic energies inside of the cannon. Upon fire, the maw unleashes a powerful purple laser.

Q: Warp Hole
Kaine creates a wormhole through the Void in a targeted location with a desired direction. Kaine can then recast Warp Hole to create another wormhole with the same properties of the first. If Kaine channels his attack through a warp hole while another is active, his attack will emerge from the other wormhole. If a beam from a wormhole or extreme thrust hits another wormhole it will reflect the beam as light would upon a mirror. Lasers emerging from a warp hole can damage the first enemy in their path.
W: Gravitation Generator. Kaine throws a gravity generator, that after 1.5 seconds pulls nearby enemies towards the center and stuns them for 1 second. Can be cast while auto attacking. Range: 780 Diameter of pull: 600
E: Extreme Thrust After every 4 seconds of channeling an auto attack, Kaine's laser suddenly shoots through it's target for a longer ranged attack. Dealing 60/75/90/105/120 (+80% ad) AD to enemies hit by the blast. Laser's from Extreme Thrust can go through wormholes.
R: Distortion Kaine creates a third wormhole and distorts the space of the void, causing beams that enter a wormhole to emerge from all wormholes, including the one that is targeted. Enemy champions take 50% reduced damage from additional lasers.
Lore: Kaine is a man of an alien race of a far distant time and from a world many stars away. His kind used to be the center of an empire that was to span throughout the entirety of the stars. In its thirty-first millennium, they appeared to be unstoppable.
Their technology was so advanced that it appeared indistinguishable from magic, and their arcane might was even greater. Their lives depended on the use of magic to create their seemingly impossible tech that was used for create anything from buildings, entertainment, art, weapons, and the other necessary luxuries of a futuristic world.
However, their misuse of the arcane, the forces that form a protective barrier around the worlds of the universe, allowed creatures from the realm known as the outside, to seep in through the cracks. These creatures of the void seemed to be no match for the highly advanced empire, but as the millenniums grew, the creatures became more terrible as the cracks separating realities grew.
Kaine was part of a galactic fleet of ships that fared the darkness that was the void between worlds, and thus was witness to the final catastrophe. thirty-one millenniums had increasingly degraded the barrier that separated their world from the realm of the void to the point where the barrier was shattered and was a target for a full assault from the void.
Kaine watched in horror as he saw an enormous rift in space open up, unleashing countless trillions of voidlings to consume his home. The rift grew larger and more powerful over the minutes, revealing even larger monstrosities that rivaled the biggest structures. The fleet tried to no avail to hold back the creatures but were consumed as well. Kaine was forced to abandon his friends and allies and soared far away to view the devastation of his home.
He could see only chaos on the once gleaming planet, he saw flame and bomb in attempt to fight back, but to seemingly no use. However, after hours of armies spewing out from the rift, it suddenly stopped. No more voidlings appeared to consume his home, it seemed. Perhaps they now had a fighting chance, he hoped.
But to his utter horror, the rift grew to unthinkable proportions, giving passage to one final beast. It's innumerable tentacle-like appendages were the first thing that one saw as they burst out from the edges of rift. Dragging itself into visibility, the it's maw appeared, taking the full space that the rift had to offer. It's mouth was lined with an uncountable number of teeth, one would say that it had a tooth for every star in the night sky. The caverns of the maw seemed too deep to be real, it was as though an entire solar system of planets could fit inside and still have comfortable space between them. Kaine was in such a horror that he could not move to soar away until he felt the immense gravitational pull that the monster created.
Realizing that he had to flee if he wished to survive, Kaine fled the solar system as fast as his ship could allow. As he fled, he could see that the monster did not emerge further from the rift, but instead pulled his home world with its tentacles towards his maw. Kaine could almost fell the crushing weight that the void God used to devour the entirety of his home. As the planet reached the rift and in turn the void God, the two cosmic bodies disappeared into the realm that is the void, a thirty-one thousand year old empire, devoured in an instant.
Kaine drifted throughout space without direction and without hope until Kaine decided that the speed required to find new civilization was not found in the current state of his ship, and that he required a new way to travel. Using all of his magical strength, he was able to put together a machine the opened a portal into the void and back allowing for Kaine to travel from one point to another faster than light.
Kaine searched for a seemingly endless amount of years before finding himself on Runeterra. Now he preaches the dangers of the misuse of the arcane and the horrors of the void to all that can listen and vows that Runeterra shall not share the fate of his previous home.
