Kled is one of the most under played champs it seems and is for sure lacking in the Skins Department...he needs to have some fun skins to get people looking at him more. I think it would be very cool to have an Urfrider Kled skin. That way all lanes will have Urf present (Fisherman Fizz, Urfrider Corki, Urf Warwick, Urf the Nami-tee). Just make Skaarl Urf :)
Id like to see better base defenses on Kled His Hp5 effect both skarl and Kleds unmounted hp at the same time and slightly more base hp5. As for skins I dont care much for The Urf line of skins but he should get something Not Like he Was around before Xayah and Rakan (and only because Xayah is a strong and thus popular adc Rakan gets carried along)
You can play WW top. It's probably good in the right matchup.
