Nocturne needs some love!
Hey so I have always been a fan of the Arclight skins. I think you should make one for Nocturne, because that could have some legit effects to it and then maybe Nocturne could get some love again. What do others think?

Riot actually wants to rework him at some point. His ult cool down is ridiculously long. It's just as long as an amumu ult. It's mostly used for gap closing like a rengar ult so why such a long cool down.
idk if theyll bother w/ nocturne for a while. he got cursed revenant nocturne a decent while ago compared to some other champs. They're prolly gonna do something with aurelian sol seeing as he only has one other skin.
