[Champion Concept] Mewt, the Speechless Voice of the Wilderness

_Mewt was once your average Satyr, Piping on his flute for his forest friends and slyly misdirecting mortals from the woods back to civilization, trying to keep the forest from more of the mortals ever growing lust for expansion. On day though, while exploring an seemingly empty cavern to find a place to rest for the night, he came across a withered looking old man lying down on an old nest. He tried to ask what he was doing but before he could speak, the man said, "I've been waiting." Curious, he let the man go on, and he explained that he was the last remaining Guardian of the Wild, and that he was to pass on all of his remaining power to the satyr who found him. Mewt was speechless, he couldn't believe that he was a chosen anything, but before he could retort, the old man touched his shoulder, and with his dying breath said "You are now the Last Voice of the Wilderness, protect it well" as the old man slowly turned into a tree before his very eyes. Then Mewt knew what the old man knew, that the spirits of the wild, one by one were fading, as more and more of the wilderness was consumed by Mans' desire for control and resources, and that he was one of the few remaining spirits to protect what's left. He let out a cry of angiush and despare, and across all Runeterra, his Voice was heard, and all who heard it inexplicably _ Panicked. From then on, he could no longer speak as mortals do, only channel the primal magics of the wild through his voice.

Passive - Survivalist : Healing from outside sources are increased by 15%, and all poison damage is reduced by 20%
Q - Mystic Flute : Mewt plays his infamous Pan Flute, granting 10/20/30/40/50%(+1% per 100 AP) bonus health and mana regeneration to nearby allies. Additionally, Mewt gains a health shield of *Flat(+5% of Max Mana) for every ally effected by his melody, up to ^Flat x 4(+2o% of Max Mana). Cost 60/70/80/90/100 mana /// CD 24/23/22/21/20 seconds /// Channels for 5 seconds
W - Panic : Mewt unleashes the power of Panic, fearing nearby enemies for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. Cost 60/70/80/90/100 mana /// CD 24/23/22/21/20 seconds /// .5 second cast time
E - Roooar! : Mewt Roars, damaging enemies in a cone in front of him for *Flat(+10% AP) magic damage, and interrupts any enemy channeling/cast times/self buffs(not item or summoner buffs)/or leaps(not including blinks). Cost 40/45/50/55/60 mana /// CD 10/9/8/7/6 seconds /// .5 second cast time
R - Hooowl! : Mewt Howls, summoning the nearest wolf camp for 6/8/10 seconds, enraging them to target the nearest, low health enemy champion, and granting the wolves 30/40/50% AS and MS. The wolves sniff out enemy champions in a 200/300/400 radius under 50% health, revealing them, and will deal *Flat(+10% AP) bonus magic damage on-hit against enemy champions under 50% health. If any wolves are killed before they time runs out, they will not reappear at their camp when the spell expires. On that note, the wolves disappear from the camp they were summoned from for the duration of this ability, and if they are smited, will still grant vision of the jungle they would normally appear in (Allied junglers can still smite the wolf, but cannot damage it doing so).
Side Notes Mewt often follows behind Moakai, as he still feels uncomfortable around civilization in general.
