More AP junglers, or we'll riot!

Sure, fiddles, diana, the lone AP Shacos or Amumus here and there, but i want an AP champ that is kinda meant for jungling. not just make use of the current item, but have an easyish time clearing with an ap kit, as basically, most AP champs suffer clear speed when their kit can't do massive a.o.e, or land target d.o.t. Hell, even when malz jungles, building him ad makes more sense, as the scalings on his abilities just don't justify AP, + his passive pokemon scales off his AD anyways, so just build AD and CDR. The fact is, AP can't jungle cause there is not enough support in a champs kit to be FULL AP, the only one's so far to pull off full AP are Diana, Fiddles, Amumu, and Shaco as far as i can recall. No one has enough scaling or can be built better as an AP fighter, or even as just AS, like warwick, who can just wreck people with a full AP q, is still better as a fighter, or an AS assassin, that melts people. I want someone who can have excuses to be FULL AP jungler besides being gimmicky like Shaco or Amumu, or just having crazy ridiculus sustain on the one ability like warwick and fiddles, and Diana just simply has 4 basic abilities since her ult can be refreshed, and even if its not refreshed, its so low its like a forth basic.
