Zelethir (The lightning bolt)
Zelethir was a young boy when both of his parents were taken away by the gods from above. These gods eventually executed the parents of young Zelethir leaving him clueless as to where they might have gone.
After time surviving on his own in the village and gathering his own food and supplies, Zelethir was confronted by a god from the land not spoken of. The god offered Zelethir power and training. Zelethir agree's, as he believes it could be a chance to be accepted into some sort of family.
After years and years of training, Zelethir learns to harness the power that he is capable of. Zelethir begins to use it against the gods enemies and after enough successes and victories against the foes of the gods, Zelethir is granted a throne and recognized as a powerful ruler, even considered a god.
Many began to call him Lord Zelethir, this began to get to Zelethir's head. The gods begin to ask Zelethir for more favors, this leads him to anger, as he feels he is being used. Zelethir than gathers all he has and leads a march onto the gods land.
After many fights, Zelethir prevails. Zelethir murders all of the gods in cold blood, soon after running away from the land of the gods. With the gods all dead, Zelethir is now known as the most powerful man alive. Zelethir soon became blood thirsty, only wanting to kill. All of his anger leads him to attacking many areas, but eventually he fails at overthrowing Freljord.
Zelethir began to learn powerful techniques such as vanishing and appearing where ever he pleases. But before he learned to harness the power, he suddenly found himself in the middle of a battle. He recognizes a woman, he saw her Freljord.
Zelethir's thirst for blood rose quickly, and he attacked her. She begged at his feet for mercy, and claimed she had a daughter. Zelethir showing no mercy, kills her in front of her army. This leads to him wanting to find and kill her daughter, Ashe, as well.
His senses began to go off, and he vanishes, soon finding himself by an older woman named Kalista. He began to trust her, and she teaches him much on how to control the thirst for blood. She felt safe around Zelethir, but soon learns the man is not who he seems. She is brutally killed by Zelethir's power of lightning. Little does Zelethir know, Kalista returns as a powerful entity to hunt him down for betraying her.
Zelethir eventually leads his army he used against the gods, into a battle against another army. Zelethir soon believes he has lost, but is saved by a larger guy, a darkin. The darkin calls himself Aatrox and promises Zelethir help. They soon whip through battles killing the enemy army in seconds, using Zelethir's speed, and Aatrox's power.
Zelethir soon finds his thirst growing intensely, and decides to satisfy it. This leads to him joining the fields of justice. And the League of Legends.

Zelethir aka "The lightning Bolt" is a random Idea I had... Although bare with me, he is OP as ploop.
Passive (More speed): Every kill, Zelethir gains 3-5% attack speed, and 5% movement speed.
Q (Electric Strike): Zelethir brings down a bolt of lightning, striking an enemy, and anything in a small radius around it. Thus dealing a fair amount of damage, and slowing all that were zapped.
W (Flashes): Zelethir can dash a short distance up to three times, leaving a streak of lightning behind him, dealing little damage to all in his path.
E (Lightning barrier): Zelethir brings forth a lightning shield, absorbing 10% of any damage done to him, this then adds onto his next ability, or basic attack.
R (Power of the gods): Zelethir summons a lightning storm. The storm has a large radius, slowing enemies by 50% and dealing damage to all enemies struck in the radius, every time and enemy is struck, allies are healed by 35% of the damage dealt to the enemy struck.
Zelethir would be most recommended at high AP, OR High attack speed, with some AD
Again, as I said. Zelethir is just a random thought I had, I don't know how i'd make him look, and I am aware he would be overly OP. :D
