Ideas for a new Evelynn Kit

So I don't play eve much anymore because of her kit. It's annoying to use sometimes. So here it is:

Passive: Stays the same. I like it.

Q: Is now a skill shot. I hate trying to last hit or something and the thing goes back wards. Lets remove that part where it goes to the last unit hit.

W: Passive: Grants bonus MS while stealthed. Active: Dashes then gains MS boost.

E: Now deals damage to all enemies around her. Grants an AS boost like normal. 20% of damage dealt is returned as health.

R: Her Ulti now deals a base damage and extra damage is by 20/30/40% of missing health.
