sion's chroma

I think that one of sion's chromas should be pre-death sion, it would be sion, obviously but with a normal skin tone and the same armor but I don't know if this would turn it into a full fledged skin but.. he would have the awesome beard and topknot (ponytail?) that they showed in the concept art, I mean sion's head is pretty small so the model changes would pretty small and insignificant(I don't know anything about 3d modelling if im wrong correct me please) but I think that this would be really cool. I not really sure if riot would want to do this or make it a 750 skin with a few more differences than just the hair. (also am I the only one who thinks that sion is a better jungler than he is a top laner?)
