I think they should be able to give graves a cigar and just ignore the "laws" of some of these other countries. We allow all these girls to be advertised with almost no clothes on but graves can't have cigar...? Honestly a cigar would go nice with graves.

For those people that are like, "move on" and such, this is such a fun topic to talk about so don't take it so seriously. The whole deal with this is just so stupid that we need to laugh and make jokes about it. We all know Graves' in game doesn't actually have a cigar but for Riot to just remove it from a splash art sounds so silly. However we can all agree that Graves' whole character design matches with a cigar and seeing him w/o one just feels kinda empty.

What I don't understand is how a cigar threatens a Teen rating when a Teen rating has always contained "Substances" as a reason for the Teen rating. Maybe it's League's volume and outreach that made them had to change it in the game.

I'm pretty sure movies/cinematics have liberties as well due to artistic licensing; video games still aren't an art form to many in legislation.

Seriously, I get it. The inconsistency is really freaking irritating. But we have larger issues in this game than what the splash art looks like, and whether or not a champion has a darn cigar.

Its a ploy. In a couple of months riot will release traditional Graves . They will then proceed to make a shit ton of money off of people who apparently care so much about graves having a cigar that they would buy a skin for him with it.
