Idea for a solution to the shitty state of ARAM right now. Low level is flooded with bots, high level is too many ARAM only accounts that ruin any possible balance.

Create a ranked ARAM that is available at level 30, selects from the pool of all champions not just the ones you own. I know they'll never do this because they think it'll split up the queue too much but it's just an idea.

Ranked ARAM would be great, though there's a number of implementation details to consider (e.g. bans, rerolls, promos).
