Many Players Just Don't Want to Solo

With a game designed so heavily around teamwork, I find it a bit odd at times that there are more solo lanes than duo lanes (mid, jg, top, mostly solo) I understand if you're a good player you work with the other lanes, but still a good majority of the time you are in your own lane.

The most fun for me comes with supporting and abilities that require teamwork, most of which is not very present at all say when you're top or mid. I find a lot of players AFK because they don't want to go mid or top or jg. The reason is a lot of times they just don't want to solo. Even after playing this game for years now I find it boring to solo. I can do it sure, but just can't find myself playing for hours unless I can support. I've never AFK'ed because of this but I see a lot of people doing it because they have zero interest in soloing.

I think an easy solution would be to make it 6 players and top becomes duo top, which a lot of new players do anyways because they don't want to jg or find it boring. Make mid and jg the only solo roles. I'm sure people will flame this to hell because appearance of balance/meta matters more than the game being fun and interesting for everyone. With the way it is now, a lot of people don't want to play top because you can get repeatedly ganked and be forced to 1v2/3 the entire game when your team is oblivious or just doesn't care. At least if there was another top this situation would be much more rare.

I already know they won't do this, but imo it would greatly improve the game and teamwork in general. And maybe a slight reduction in AFKs. Keep in mind when replying this is not strictly a skill thing, not being able to solo and not wanting to solo at all are not necessarily related

Based on hexakill when it was played in All stars, it would actually just make 2 junglers. Could be wrong though

If there's 6 people you'd be forcing 4/6 into duo lanes. That's not a good idea considering duo lanes are "loved" enough that support and ADC are the two least liked roles while jg and mid are the most played roles. You'd just put more pressure on jg and mid pools because the majority of players in the game do not actually enjoy duo lanes.
