Rune pages per champion

Good day,

So I got thinking, why not make the runes pages like the items tab where you can make a rune page for a specific champion.

I would really like to be able to pay to have 1 rune page per champion, and then if I need more for one champ I could use the individual ones. I think it would be awesome if the rune pages came pre-setup for a beginner rune build for that champion, for that patch. You could always change each individual rune page if you want, but u could just pick up and play with any champ without having to go online to look up current builds. I would also recommend having a default button, so when ur rune page is out dated, it can just be restored to the beginner version of that patch.

I feel like I am a long time player and fit within the casual group, that being said I would be more than willing to pay Riot 10-20x the amount of a standard rune page for this feature. Lets be truthful, it all comes down to money.

What is everyone elses opinion, would you like feature like this?
