So in the new video their is a shrouded figure in Yi's flash backs, this looks like Olaf if not him then I would guess Shen with horns do to the two blade handles sticking out his back. I think we all know who would make a better project skin hear.

Not everybody we seen in a cinematic need to be a champion
I don't think I have it in me to watch people twist themselves into a pretzel to get their favorite champion to fit a description.

The warrior in Master Yi's delusions was - from what I can tell given the armor and location - an Ionian Warlord or leader of some warband that Yi fought in his life before becoming part of the PROJECT:.
the scientist should be project Viktor! you know cause he made the projects and the scientist is a robot guy in the vid 
At first I thought they are introducing PROJECT Olaf into the picture but I did some research and the warrior with the two blades is probably some new champion the league will introduce. The shadowy warrior is likely to be Master Yi's father. The scientist in the video is likely to be Singed because he was tampering with chemicals.
