Dose any one think Ryze should get a Increase to his cast range sense his nerf Damage.

He's meant to be a short range yet tanky mage.
Not to mention rework coming soon, bud.
Riot has hinted that his rework will include turning his Q into a skill shot in exchange for increased range and possibly damage. It kinda makes sense; this way he'd be able to farm from further away, making him safer in mid lane, but melee top laners would be able to hide behind minions to block his harass. Also, even though he gets slightly longer range poke, he still needs to be inside W+E range to deal his main damage, since you'll be able to dodge his Qs if he can't root you, and he won't get the crazy CDR from his passive if the only spell he's in range to cast is Q.
