PROJECT: Idea !

So, I recently got to thinking. We now have 12 PROJECT: Skins, Those ones are

Yasuo, Yi, Zed, Fiora, Lucian, Leona, Ekko, Katarina, Ashe, Vayne, Jhin and Vi. Obviously, that is we know the ones we have. So, heres what got me thinking. These are the typical roles one can assign to these champions

Top Laner Jungle Mid Laner Top Laner AD Carry Support Mid Laner Mid Laner AD Carry AD Carry AD Carry Jungler

Total, That would make

Top: 2 Jungle: 2 Mid: 3 ADC: 4 Support: 1

Again, an obvious analysis but given the release of the new Project: (s) recently. It promted me to think on why we only have a single Support. Leona. Now, im not sure why or how these skins are selected to be made for champions, I remember reading that popularity and skin release dates had something to do with it, I noticed one other thing about these skins. They are all adapted from Human Characters or at least precieved I suppose. as we dont have a Void, Yordle or any other species Project: That would make me believe that in the Project: world, only human beings survived and these special individuals were divided into factions etc etc, lore speculation that is actually Important to this idea. So, even though i dont play support I know a lot of people who do, and their complaint is that they cant use Project: skins aside from Leona because they dont enjoy playing other roles. After taking a look at the Support characters, Only a few spring to mind Those are

Braum, Sona, Taric and Zilean. However if we stick to ones that have feet on the ground as is the case with previous champions selected, we are left with Braum and Taric.

Out of thse two I would think both meet the requirments that I assume are needed for not only skins but Project: ones at that, Therefore, I started coming up with ideas for the champion I preffer from the both of them. That would be, Taric. as I dont draw on computer or anything I dont have any good things to show, so I wont. But i came across a problem. I dont know if I can keep him "Taric" as a Project: obviously they are cyborgs but still, I felt it neccesary to keep him feeling like Taric but found a hard time doing so. Now, I know there is a lot of uneeded build up to these questions, But this is just how I do things.

Q: Would Taric Be better kept more true to himself as a Project: Q: Would Taric be a good choice for a Project: Q: Is it neccesary that a champion be exactly like they are without the skin, (EX: Keeping his flambouyant walk, floating, general, and amazing "Gay" atmosphere,)

I would love to hear feedback on what people would think, Taric is one of the few supports that I as a jungler enjoy playing and I have seen others pre-rework speculate on this skin. I know it may never happen, but still. if this is something you guys would like to see, Wouldnt it be great to balance out the "Support" projects to be at least even with the Jungle and Tops ? Please give me your feedback. Id love to know !

You forgot 2 human supports in your list. Karma Janna

From all candidates, I prefer Braum getting the skin, but I can see Taric working as well. Maybe they can be both in the same line.

I didnt count Janna because she didnt fit the criteria. She recently got Soaring Swords Skin or whatever. and Karma, albeit played as a Support. is actually considered a Mage. and not listed under Support in the clients "support" tab. I lik Braum and the idea for a Project skin for him to, thats why I included the pole lol.

Which criteria doesn't she fit? She is a support champion with human appearance. And her having the Soaring Sword skin is not really relevant, the next Project skins will come next year and therefore it's not too close to her last skin release.

The support list you mentioned is really inaccurate and Riot already stated that it is outdated and doesn't get updated anymore. Karma is considered an enchanter and definitely belongs in the support list.

Regrdless of weither or not shes an "enchanter" doesnt matter to me. Im using the in client collection for a reason. But, hey. By your logic Velkoz, Sion, Annie, Zyra, and any other mage/tank with CC is a support. Just because Riots stated its outdated doesnt matter. Im going by what I feel is right in this situation. I also do not give a damn about the next ones being years away. I went with criteria for RIGHT NOW. Deal with it or dont comment. You arent being constructive to the post, all your doing is going "oh your wrong because I dont like that you didnt include these champions" Thats all it comes across as.

You are discussing possible support Projects for the future here, I don't really understand why you get triggered like that just because I stated that there were supports in the roster you didn't discuss. And you still didn't explain how Janna, who is human in appearance and definitely part of the support roster, didn't meet your criteria.

It's not about telling you that you are wrong, just thought that if you want to have a complete discussion about support Projects, then you should include all of them.

I didn't even state that they should get it or something, I agreed with your choice for Projects, just thought it would be beneficial to have a complete analysis. But since you came me with that: Since you are using the support roster from the client, we actually don't have a single support as Project. Look it up in the client. Leona is listed as tank, not support.

Oh, I am fully aware of her being a Tank. I know that. However there isnt a "Tank" role, where as Karma for instance could be applied to "Mid" and the two reasons why Janna doesnt fit criteria, As I stated. Was that she 1: Has recently received a skin, Regardless of weither new ones have just come out. Im talking about RIGHT NOW. Nothing else. and second, The reason I didnt include Zilean further, He is floating. So is Janna. Same reason I wouldnt include Kayle for instance. She flys. Dont get me wrong, Both would be cool but based of current projects, none of them float. All are walking.

I cant see it happening with the criteria I had stated. Sure a Project fiddlesticks would be cool to see just how its done, but there just doesnt seem to be a way. i could see Mecha Fiddlesticks more than Project: Fiddlesticks. yknow what I mean ?
