Missing Hallowing skins from previous years in profile

Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot, But as it says, The skins such as Underworld and Kitty Cat appear missing in player profiles, for example, Mine and my friends. and yet they are still usable for games. i tweeted to support and they told me to make a post, so here I am :) Just thought i'd let you guys know and hopefully get it fixed :D
