[Marksman Jungler] Shu Yan, the Archer's Elegance
(ART IS NOT MINE!) Shu Yan is a marksman jungler who excels at chasing down her enemies and swiftly ending their legacy. She may also be played as an agile top lane fighter or deadly bottom lane marksman.
Passive: Pure Arrow - Every 3 auto attacks, Shu Yan shoots a pure arrow which increases her critical strike chance by 3% and her attack damage by 8%. If this auto attack causes an enemy champion or large monster to go below 200 health or kills them, she gains a 30% movement speed boost for 2.5 seconds.
Q: Weakened Path - Shu Yan pulls out a longer arrow in a skillshot ability, dealing 80/90/95/100 attack damage to the first enemy hit and slowing them by 25%/30%/35%/40% for 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. Due to the powerfulness of this ability, the arrow moves fairly slowly (think Nid spears, Ashe arrows). (Range: 890, Mana Cost: 70/80/90/95 mana, Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6 seconds.)
W: Graceful Execution - Shu Yan frontflips forward a short distance, gaining a 30%/40%/45%/50%/55% attack speed increase for her next 4 auto attacks. If the enemy champion or monster is slowed, stunned, rooted, or afflicted by any other crowd control ability from any champion, Shu Yan's 4th auto attack against them is guaranteed to critically strike. (Range of Frontflip: 430, Mana Cost: 90/95/100/110/120 mana, Cooldown: 20/19/18/17.5 seconds.)
E: Sharp Charms - For the next 8 seconds, Shu Yan's 5th auto attack will charm an enemy champion or monster for 0.50/0.75/1/1.5 seconds. If she does not auto attack 5 times within the 8 seconds that this ability is active, the ability goes on cooldown. (Range: 545 (her auto attack range), Mana Cost: 85/90/95/100 mana, Cooldown: 16/15.5/15/14.5 seconds.)
R: Archer's Tempestry - When this ability is toggled on, Shu Yan automatically finds the area with the most enemies in it, and fires dozens of arrows in a circular shape in that area, dealing 120/130/160/180 attack damage and 2% of the target's missing health in true damage, also slowing them by 30%/40%/50%/55% for 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. (This ability is quite similar to Quinn's second ult cast) (Casting Range: 1000, Area of Effect Range: 900, Mana Cost: 100/100/100/100, Cooldown: 150/140/130/110)

As a young girl, Shu Yan was recognized throughout Ionia for being a beautiful young girl. Although this was true, instead of spending all her time focusing on clothing, hairstyling, and cosmetics, she focused on becoming skilled with a bow and arrow. She soon rose to the top of her village in arrow skills, even though she was the only woman who participated. Although she had a gift, her father and mother were not happy. One night while she was sleeping, they took her bows and arrows and burned them. "You will be ladylike." they said. "You will appear beautiful." they said. Shu Yan was broken. Archery was what she lived for. It was how she made her own food, how she stayed alive. Her parents scornfully forced her to become a young girl obsessed with her own beauty. Although Shu Yan received lots of love and support, she was not content. She was not happy. She wanted something more. One night, everything changed. Noxian forces invaded her village. They were burning down houses and killing the villagers. Even the many village elders and warriors could not hold them off. Shu Yan saw this and knew she had to do something. She slipped away from the crowds of people, and ran back to her house. She did not hesitate at all. She stole her father's bow and arrow and sprung right into action. She could feel it coming back. She felt a sense of relief, a sense of pride. Skillfully shooting down invaders one by one, the hoards started to thin out. But it was overwhelming her. All of a sudden, she pulled out all of the arrows in her sheath and maneuvered them just right in her bow. The entire village and the Noxians both watched in awe, some even charmed by her skillfulness. But it was soon over. She let go of the quiver, releasing dozens of arrows upon the Noxian invaders and smiting them down. Through this, Shu Yan saved her village, and rose the ranks to join the Ionian forces. Although she was able to sharpen her techniques, she did not feel as enlightened as she could have been all these years. She heard about the League of Legends from a fellow army general, and withdrew from the army to join. To this day, she leads her allies into battle and serves on the Fields of Justice.
