I know people on here spend a lot their time bashing you guys but for once I want to thank for maybe your best line of skins to ever come out. It's just not the skins themselves it's everything around them. Would be cool to play with a rioter with these skins! Now get the store working so I buy more! :P
as soon as the store opened back up, i bought the giant pack, just incase store crashed again lol
I think the best looking skin, in my opinion, is the PROJECT 
skin. I think it has the best animations ever designed for a skin. The only problem is, lots of people play , so its hard to select him.
One thing I would've wanted badly and would've have forced me to buy another PROJECT skin, would be if RIOT made a PROJECT 
skin, that I would buy for sure.
