Due to the fact that adc's have been being bursted down near instantly with nothing to do about it from assassins and burst mages i think that they should have a version of Zhonya's Hourglass that increases AD. To compete with how useful the active would be very expensive and not bring that much other than the active.
even if they had an item like this most adc wouldnt build it, most are only interested in building damage.So unless it gave 60ad 20% crit it wouldnt get used and an item that gave stats like that and an active like that would be pretty fuckin busted lol
The AP version is nearly useless, from a 1st or 2nd item now I use it as 6th if I even use it... So IDK why the already OP ADCs need more OP items?!
