Champion Concept- Abata- the free-hearted
Abata is a mage and melee-assasin, who specializes in summoning butterfly spirits to attack her enemies, and using her monarch blade to deal magic damage. While some of her abilities are similar to Zyra, and lux she also has her own unique abilities that make her useful during a team fight
Abata's passive is Chrysalis: whenever Abata is killed she is temporarily frozen as a butterfly envelopes her. If an enemy champion gets to close the butterfly will explode, dealing magic damage and area damage.
Abata's Q is Flutter: Abata will summon a butterfly spirit to attack nearby enemies. The butterfly will bounce from three enemies dealing damage before returning to Abata to return some of her health. (Health is restored only if she has below 40 percent health)
Abata's W is wings finder: Abata will send out a butterfly to scout enemy territory, she can also teleport to the butterflies exact location. The butterfly will last for only a minute so it can be useful as an escape rout. (Enemy champions can attack the butterfly, if they kill it Abata will not be able to teleport)
Abata's E is currently un-named: Abata will use her blade to attack a nearby enemy, this ability can stack and has a three second cool-down. This ability is good for snatching a kill and helping leveling her up. (A more descriptive version of this ability will come when I finish desing it)
Abata's ultimate is kaleidoscope: Abata will point her blade in a direction and send out a swarm of butterflies in a broad and long-rage swarm. Any champion hit or caught in the swarm will take true damage. Once the swarm has cleared enemies will be slowed and blinded.
Lore: (a simplified version of my deviantART version) The slave factories is the closest thing to an orphanage in Noxus. For anyone to find happiness in such a place would be impossible, for it is truly the darkest place in Noxus. For Abata the opposite was true, she was problematic for the people of the factory and caused trouble for her brother. But the problems Abata symbolised were quickly crushed when Cassiopeia purchased her as a slave. Abata expected to be tortured, but something was strange about the way she was treated. Abata was taught to use a blade, and was expected to take Cassiopeia's place as a seductress. But Abata was too innocent, the young girl was sent with two warriors to a Demacian military camp where Noxian citizens were giving away information. She was supposed to seduce the general into giving information about an upcoming battle. But she failed when a citizen recognised her. Abata barley escaped the camp, sacrificing one of her most precious gift. Color. (She is color blinded) and an eye. Upon returning she was punished mercilessly, and was put on the brink of death multiple times. But the tormented girl caught the eye of one of the most unlikely hero's. The hand of Noxus. The girl was freed in the midnight hour and sent to Demacia. Since then Abata has changed dramatically. She was accepted by Demacia's citizens, to them she was a born into a world without choices. Abata learned about the art of summoning and practiced summoning spiritual animals. Preferably her's. A butterfly. She has also proven to Demacia's citizens that not everyone in Noxus is Dark and power-hungry. As for her place in the league she stands as a symbol of hope. Hope that one day, Noxus and Demacia can live in Harmony.
