Feli- The accused
(Character still in development most likely will nerf later... )
Feli or Felicity, is a ADC top lane champion. She uses her heavy metal chain to slow enemies and help protect lanes. Some of her abilities are similar to Zyra and Lux. She is a rogue on her own, torn between the city she was born in, Demacia, and a City willing to welcome her as a solider, Noxus.
KIT: Passive- Accusations- after six basic attacks Feli's next ability will do damage over time.
Q-Chained Down- Feli will throw her chains out in two opposite directions. If they hit an Enemy champion they will be snared for a few seconds, then her chains will snap back up dealing damage and the enemy will be slowed.
W-Swing Em' around- All enemy champions in a set radius hit by Feli's chain will get dragged around until her ability times out. Once the ability Times out, they will take damage and be slowed. (Or become dizzy, as I like to put it)
E-Prison chains- Feli can attach this to both allies and enemies. Attached to an ally it will transfer manna from Feli to the ally. This can take a few seconds, and the chain will stay attached until the mana transfer is complete. In this time, if an enemy champion runs into, or breaks the chain, The manna transfer will be cut off, and the enemy will take damage. When attached to an enemy champion, Mana will be transferred to Feli, once the transfer is complete the enemy will take damage.
Ult- Heavy Metal chain- A long single skill shot with a controlled range. The shorter the Range the more damage it does, the longer the less. Feli will slam her chain down on the ground, and deal an insane amount of damage (I haven't determined if I want her to deal true Damage or not) and drag enemies a set distance towards her.
Lore: Feli wasn't always a rouge. She was born into a high and prestigious family in Demacia, with two older siblings both already known for their battle skills. From a young age she was a trouble maker, and just couldn't seem to find a place in Demacia she belonged. Her Brother was beloved to her, and nothing would ever change that, at least in Feli's mind, but her sister was some what cold towards her. Feli had no liking to her sister, and it eventually made it easier for Feli to leave home. When she was older, and refused to go to Military school or study magic or politics, her parents began to shun her, and exclude her. Feli reacted to this by acting out, and would often find herself in trouble with the law. She didn't mind the attention of the authorities, so long as she could do what she wanted without her parents or siblings having a say, she felt comfortable, like she belonged. One day, after a long day of playing cat and mouse, Feli, decided she would pay her brother a visit at home. When she entered the household however, it was eerily quiet. Usually when she came home her mother or father would be waiting for her, to yell at her to get out, but this time, Feli was greeted with silence. Upon investigating Feli found no trace of anyone in her family, when she was about to give up her search, she heard a faint sound coming from her fathers library. Hesitantly, Feli opened the door, to find her father dead on the ground, and her mother being stabbed by a hooded assassin. Upon seeing Feli the assassin fled out the window. Leaving Feli as the only suspect. Feli rushed to her mother's side, but by then it was too late, Both of her parents were dead. Directly after the assassination of her parents, she was arrested and accused of the murder, the word "Guilty" was branded onto Feli's inner forearm, and she was sentenced to death. Feli was betrayed by her own ignorance, in her anguish, she miraculously broke out of the Demacian prison. Using the very chain that bound her to the walls of a prison cell, she strangled a royal Guard and escaped into the night. For some time, Feli had completely vanished, almost as if she never existed in the first place. Eventually she was discovered by the Noxian Military. They were more then willing to welcome her to Noxus as a solider, but Feli was distrusting of Noxus. She knew it was more then likely a Noxian who killed her parents. But after she was given a tip by a Noxian general that the assassin that killed her parents was in the league of legends. Feli resurfaced again, This time she would clear her name, and avenge her parents. Her only regret still lingering with her, acting as the fule to drive her anger, was the fact that she never got to tell her parents she loved them.
