Solution to the New Splash Problem

So, everyone knows that the new splash update is going to be coming soon; many of which a lot of people feel are not as good as the original pieces. My personal connection to this would be the update to the Vandal Vlad splash art, (as well as literally all of the other updates to Vlad's splashes, oh my God, they are horrendous, and as a Vlad main I'm somewhat (VERY) offended lol) as the only reason I bought it was for the original art work, rather than the in game skin. I know I'm not the only one who likes to buy skins based on the aesthetics of the splash arts, so I figured, since the in game skins won't be changing along with the splash anyways, why not offer an option?

There are two options that could be used here.

The first option would be to offer a selection between the old and new splash arts upon purchase, or offering which one the user would prefer upon update.

The second option would be to offer all of the old splash arts in the shop for a lower cost of IP/RP. That way, if RIOT is concerned about costs, they can cover it that way. However, if money isn't an issue, the first option should be more viable. But we all know money is money and everyone wants a cut. I digress.

All of that being said, I know the reason for the update is to make the game a bit more level across the globe, however I still think there should be a choice in whether or not the user would like to participate. There are some splashes that I think some people can all agree are good updates, but there also some very terrible updates that I believe just as many people would agree on. All I'm trying to push for here is the choice, and I need other people to help spread this idea in order for there to be any changes.

TLDR; Riot, please give us the choice.
