Champion Select Bug - Dodge Penalty

I'm not sure if this is being looked into or not, but just now I attempted to play a ranked game and just could not lock in a ban pick or a role pick. I'm not even sure how the ban pick went through to be completely honest, it registered after the timer hit 0, but then it as soon as it came to pick my champion, the same thing happened and I got the dodge penalty.

The buttons were completely grayed out the entire time, and hovering other champions didn't seem to reset it in any way. I won't necessarily ask for the 3 LP back, but that was completely out of my control and I hope that doesn't have a negative honor affect.

I would hate to lose a promo game because of that, so I really hope that this is something that gets looked into quickly. >.<

Good thing I only have to get a time-penalty for this issue in a non-ranked match. No but seriously, fuck time penalties when you get a message saying: "There was an error locking in your champion. Please try again later." Then you end up waiting for something that legit looked like a problem on their end like. . . WTF!?!?

Happens under different conditions and in different forms, but happens regularly.

I had that problem often now and eventually got the penalty time now. Just wanted to lock in the champ and then it said an error occured. But then in Lobby it said "You left the game." - I surely didn't. Thought you can't do anything against it as it is an error in the game you end up being fined.

Same thing just happened to me and I lost LP and I got a time penalty. So frustrating because now the LoL developers problem is my problem :( :( :( Please look into writing code and unit tests to catch this scenario!
