Gilliad, The Storm Genie (Djinn)

Gilliad is a giant Genie that floats around freely outside of his lamp at the wish of his summoner. He's primarily a mage and a secondary support. Gilliad comes from a Shurima Lamp found in ionia….

Q - switches between 3 different CC abilities, kinda like TFs ability. Rain for slow, hurricane to push back the enemy, and a lightning bolt to simply deal damage that can spread to 2 other enemies. (Skill shot; all three deal some damage, but the lightning bolt obviously does the most).

W - PASSIVE: whenever Gilliad an ability, he increases his health and mana regen. stacks up to 3 times. W - ACTIVE : Whenever Gilliad activates his W, he turns into a tornado and unleashes hell in the direction he is going.

E - Gilliad summons a storm around any champion that deals magic damage over time. Other enemies near the storm take magic damage.

R - Gilliad selects a champion and channels to breath in as he blows in their direction. any champions surrounding this champion is blown black and are SUPER slowed if they try to move towards Gilliad, but gain movement speed away from Gilliad. The targeted champion is struck by lightning and takes X amount of magic damage and is stunned for .75 seconds.

Gilliad comes from a Shurima Lamp found in ionia….

Gilliad works well with just about any team that is high in killing priority targets, but specifically Gilliad does not work exceptionally well with champions that rely on grouping the enemy, such as malphite, Neeko, Morgana, but does not mean he doesn't work well with them at all. Gilliad does not do well against Champions who can become immune to slows or have long range abilities Gilliad does well against non-mobile champions, Assassins, priority targets, and "non solo Q" orientated champions (Champions who rely on team fights for their maximum potential).

Sorry I didn't go into all fancy detail or layout, but this is just an Idea that I haven't seen in the game yet.
