Heatseeker ashe problems

Hello there this discussion is how i feel about the skin heartseeker ashe. The skin itself is great the ingame model along with the splash is amazing however there is a problem i think. I think the skin feels idk lack luster it feels as if since her update this skin is the worst skin you can use on her atm. It feels as if her auto attacks are slower than any of her other skins and that she deals just a bit less dmg than the others. This is what i feel is happenig with this skin i dont know if its just me or not but i have no issues with any of her other skins like amethyst or queen. riot fix plz if broken
