He currently getting a kit rework and I think a VU.

Because of that, he not getting a new skin until it is done.

Yeah, he won't be getting anything new till after his Champion Update and that isn't high on their priority list right now, so it will be awhile.

yeah but changing him and reworking him is difficult to do... because role identity.... Taric is also on the list at the bottom but has basically been pushed around for a while.... Taric needs a rework bad....
