These 2 items i never see get used never i mean like maybe once in 1000 games i would really like Riot to either change them Buff them or remove them with some other items

I think it would be Great if they just cleaned them all up gave them some new Passivs and some other stats so we could still have and but with some changes

I only build if I'm support or jungle and we have mainly AD on our team. Never seen unless someone was like sure Idk what to build anymore.

I see now and again. I build every time I have the slightest excuse, but that hasn't really happened since I played Hybrid 
mid. Which I don't really do anymore . . .
I buy Rageblade on Jax if I am really fed. The combo with Hextech Gunblade is beastly. They should maybe buff its stats slightly. 40 Attack Damage and 45 Ability Power would be nice.
I see at least on occasion. I haven't seen since I played back in 2010.

Guinsoos is good on Kayle, Zekes is good on Support Ashe. Thats it.
i like building rage blade on akali sometimes and its standard on kayle but idk who else would build it. 
i rarely see this item unless im building it
the only time ive ever used either of those items is on Kayle in aram and one time on soraka.
i go on jax on some games if im a dedicated splitpusher. 
to round it out.
ive also went then full tank if i know im behind and cant get the trinity.

This was just a post i felt like sharing when we lost the dfg i was really sad there was no reason to remove it just give it a difent ability. Why do we have to get rid of items if we dont replace them, like if you try and click on the ad and the armor items in the menu there are none they removed the last one there was what if you dont wana lose that extra ad or some offensiv item for a ga or a banshe and you just want some armor its just sad i feel like they focus to much on the tank items than the offensiv
i use zekes when i play thresh on an all AD team...... doesnt happen that much
Herald is possibly the best item you can buy on a tanky engage support or jungler. It provides SO much damn utility, now that the aura also gives AD.
I'd love to see it get a little AOE heal or something tacked on to it, but as it stands, Herald is an incredible boost to your ADC's power in lane.
just due to this thread, i wanted to make work.
support uses it pretty decently when there is a talon/zed mid. and 
to shred the entire enemy team with your ult while buffing your ADs to do even more damage. You gotta have a pretty tanky top and jungle to survive this meta though. and you have to ignore the urge to build full damage.
Agreed its sad to see the number of posts and legitimate suggestions that have been made for either items, and never receive an answer regarding any further changes, or word that their looking into it.
Looks like I gotta bring back my Rageblade Annie.
R.I.P. CDR and turret bombers
I actually build zekes when i play support sometimes. It's really good if the enemy team is tanky and you have 3 or 4 ad champs. The extra lifesteal and and ad helps deal with thornmails. The 20% cdr is awkward when combined with other support items though. I usally end up with at least 45% if i build zekes.
I build once and a while either on tanks or support, if you have a lot of auto attack based champions it's great to have, they don't even need to be all AD, 
all benefit from the passive life steal even if they don't normally build it. SO it's kind of like building 
if you have a 
on the team and they are double AP.
is more of a niche thing for hybrids, it might benefit from a buff, but there aren't that many champions that it would fit well on to begin with, maybe they could add an active similar to sword of the divine onto it or something.
I'll get as a support sometimes if my team is 4/5 AD... but honestly there are better items :/
