when will badger teemo be back?

It was brought back "from the vault" a few months back for the Sugar Rush event so at the soonest it wont be available for at least a year "12 months from now"

Isn't that skin just 520rop? There are a lot more choices to choose than Badger skin, like Astro Teemo :3
