looking to build a desktop price cap probably $2500 at best maybe more but i want to get the best that i can get for that price could anyone help me out and tell me what i should get to put in it since i dont know much about this kind of stuff.
throwing 2.5k is a waste of money, grab (something similar to) the 1.6k build and donate rest to your local charity or church or even send some to me :)

if you build a computer at 2.5 k you will be spending alot of money on cutting edge tech that you probably won't know how to use properly. I would recommend researching what you need for what you want.
