                                                                                                          **Overview**

The design goal for this champion is to make a resource less, pet based, skill gated AD carry. The main focus is on positioning, orb walking, misdirection and map awareness. She should be very challenging to play however playing her will increase you're skill level by reinforcing, focusing on and developing good habits and decision making.

This was born out of my desire to see a true pet based ADC that makes summons fair, skilled based and balancing risk/reward by incorporating drawbacks.

                                                                                                        **Stats**

Madlynn should have the lowest or very low base stats at the beginning that should scale to be about average for a marksman due to the nature of her kit, with the sole exception being her attack range should be about 450.

                                                                                                        **Skills**

Passive = Puppet Mastery: Madlynns active puppet can apply on hit effects and shows vision around it. Puppets can be issued commands by pressing alt then the corresponding button or clicking. When a puppet takes damage Madlynn loses health equal to 20% of the damage taken. A puppets destruction disables the skill that created it for 5 seconds.

Q = Harmonic Frenzy: Increases casters Attack Speed by 10/20/30/40/50% and move speed by 3/6/9/12/15% for 5 seconds. 27/24/21/18/15 second cooldown

**W = Final Pulse: **Caster stands still for 2.5/2.25/2/1.75/1.5 seconds and fires a bolt that deals .2/.4/.6/.8/1 X Madlynn's attack damage to a single target. 15/12.5/10/7.5/5 second cooldown. 750 range

E =Fates Pull: Caster fires a harpoon in target direction dealing .1/.2/.3/.4/.5 x Madlynn's attack damage and pulling target towards them. 500 range

R = Controlled Creation: Pressing R then Q,W,E or R will create a puppet at target location if ones not already created to that key and if so will switch that puppet to the active state. Puppets have a white tether pointing Madlynn's possition, active puppet has a golden tether. Puppets can not attack towers or inhibitors. 4/3/2/1 second Cooldown.

                                                                                                        **Puppets**

Attack range = 325/350/375/400 Attack Damage = 25/50/75/100% Madlynn's Attack Damage active, else 12.5/25/37.5/50% Health = Puppets health 25/50/75/100% Madlynn's maximum health Movement = 100% Madlynn's Movement Puppet leash range 750/1500/2250/3000 Follows last command for 1/2/3/4 seconds

                                                                                                        **Gameplay**

There's quite a few things to go over for this champion concept so let's start with the basics. First off concentration and map awareness is your biggest resource. Your puppets will be able to roam however aside from your active one they wont show vision and the tethers will give away your position. The biggest drawback is that they're a distraction and will leave you open to getting owned if you aren't paying attention to the mini map/Madlynn.

Puppet mastery is one of the core things that will allow this champion to be skill gated. You'll be controlling Madlynn with regular clicks like a normal champion but you can only control one minion at a time and you have to use the alt key to do it but your active puppet can cast spells and trigger on hit effects in exchange for being able to be damaged and all your Puppets give the enemy free poke.

Harmonic Frenzy is a basic steroid. It is mainly there to assist with orb walking and dealing damge when it's got a window of power and to make you choose if you want it on your puppet, save it for an escape or deal damage.

Final Pulse is her farming/poke ability. It's just there to help with the weak early game by being safe but giving the opponents the opportunity to damage either you or your puppet due to being immobilized before firing.

Fates pull is Madlynn's only real crowd control. How you use it depends on your positioning and your puppets but it basically can be used as either an initiate or as a disengage.

Because she starts with 1 rank in her ult similarly to EliseElise , JayceJayce and NidaleeNidalee which will allow her to do her thing and summon puppets. This means at level 1 she'll have access to 2 summons and an ability. The catch to this however is covered by Puppet mastery. They will be easily killed, a portion her health will be gone and her ability will be put on cool down for 5 additional seconds, you have to keep track of which summon is destroyed because the R summons demise will render your other summons inactive for up to 9 seconds.

All the spells are designed to have a tradeoff but be useful for a wide variety of builds.

Tips and tricks

If you use our tethers cleverly you can set up a gank pretty simply by sending a puppet into tower sight leaving a second puppet in a warded bush and lining both tethers in a straight line and using final push/fates call to attract their attention.

Use your active puppet to scout or watch for ganks.

Keep your R Puppet closest to you, followed by your E puppet. use your q or w puppet to front line or scout. This'll give you the chance to initiate or disengage with E and control your pets with R should your front line Puppets get killed. It may even buy you enough time to get harmonic frenzy off should your Q puppet get killed first

Don't summon more Puppets than you can control.

Seems similar to Yorick .

I have an of what your champion does, but you need to clean up the presentation of your concept. If you want a good example, take a look at mine here. Most people viewing this have no idea what her kit does as you didn't word it properly. Try to include some analogies in a different section as to how the kit works/is played.

Also, please include some form of a character! Riot holds character design near and dear to their hearts. They don't design kits until they have created their character. So please, include some lore and some dialouge!

BTW, I'm polishing up my own champion concept and I was looking for some critique, can you check it out, and let me know what you think? Thanks! Link

I really like the idea of the character Madlynn. I have one question does she have to rank up her ulti, or does she get 1 extra point for her Q W E.
