#Play-style and Appearance: Nimana is a utility based fighter who can be played jungle, top, or bottom lane. Because of his slightly longer range, he can also be played marksman under the right circumstances. Nimana specializes in 1 vs 1 situations, and in team fights is able to do significant damage all around. He is a good engager (though once in, he does not have very many escapes) and is excellent at ganking. His appearance is that of a smaller male, with grey cloudy skin and small spikes protruding from his head. He walks with a slouch and a slight limp, and his weapon of choice is a split flail with two small metal heads at the end.

#Abilities:
Passive (Innate) - Poisoned Blood Nimana oozes whitish blood in a pool around him, which passively burns all nearby enemy champions or monsters within the pool's perimeter. The pool burns enemies for (+15% attack damage) (+30% ability power) magic damage over a period of 2 seconds. Nimana's blood pool only forms when Nimana is hit by monster/minion/enemy champion basic attacks 4 times, each attack being within 3 seconds of the last. Every 4 successive attacks after his blood pool is formed will increase the area of the pool, with no cap as to how large the pool can be. The pool's beginning range is 125, but increases by 50 every 4 attacks after. If Nimana is not hit for 3 seconds, the pool will dissipate, and will come back as it's original size once it is reformed again.
Q Ability (Active) - Sentinel's Launch Nimana throws his flail out in front of him. If the end catches on terrain or a champion (enemy or ally), he pulls and propels himself up and over, landing on the opposite end of the terrain/champion. If Nimana hits an enemy champion, he still launches over them, but they are stunned for .5 seconds. If he hits an ally champion, he launches over them, and gives the ally champion a speed boost that decays over 3 seconds. If Nimana does not hit terrain or a champion, nothing happens but the cooldown time for this ability is reduced to half. This is Nimana's main engage/disengage ability, and can help Nimana and his teammates enter or exit sticky situations.
Cooldown: 25/24/23/22/21 seconds Cost: 85 mana Range: 900
W Ability (Active/AOE) - Sentinel's Fury Nimana becomes enraged, and lashes out with his flail in front of him, dealing physical damage and slowing all units hit. Nimana hits the ground in front of him with his flail three consecutive times, each time slowing the target and dealing damage. Nimana can move while the ability is being cast.
Cooldown: 15/14/13.5/13/12 seconds Cost: 50/60/65/75/85 mana Range: 475 Damage: 30/45/70/80/110 (+30% attack damage) physical damage each hit of his flail
E Ability (Acitve/Passive) - Home of the Sentinel Passive: In the jungle, Nimana gains additional movement speed and attack damage equal to 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of his maximum health. He loses these buffs outside of the jungle.
Active: Nimana throws out his flail in targeted direction. If the flail hits a unit, it trips them for 1.5 second and deals phyical damage. When the flail hits a unit, it will return back to Nimana, but before it does, Nimana is not able to cast any abilities or basic attacks. If the enemy unit is killed with the flail, the cooldown is refreshed.
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds Cost: 35/45/55/65/80 mana Range: 580 Damage: 50/75/90/110/140 (+40% attack damage) (+35% ability power) physical damage
Ultimate Ability - Sentinel's Might Nimana smashes the ground directly in front of him with his flail, causing the ground to rupture at three points in a line from where he struck the ground. The first rupture (the one closest to him) happens instantly, while the next one along the path has a 1.5 second delay, and the third one has a 3 second delay. Every enemy hit by a rupture is knocked up, and dealt large amounts of physical damage and is knocked up for 1 second. Think of it as three Alistar's in a line, with the one closest to you q'ing, and the one a little farther down the line q'ing slightly after the first one did, and so on...
Cooldown: 110/100/90 seconds Cost: 130 mana Range: 750 Damage: 130/230/350 (+75% attack damage) physical damage
#Lore (Brief Background):
Note that this lore is not close to being complete, and the language used is definitely crude. I just put out this brief summary of the lore, so that I would be able to continue writing the actual full lore. I did not want to hinder the posting of this champion due to an overly complex and lengthy lore. As you read this know that I am continuing to write the full lore, though it may be a while before I post it.
In Noxus they say lies the largest library in all of Valoran, containing all the histories of the land, legends of old, and guides to the creatures who called Valoran home. That library housed not only books, but a promising mage known as Nimana. Nimana was a librarian of the Royal Noxian Library, and had taught himself many magics during his readings, including dark magic. When news got out that Nimana was practicing in the dark magical arts, he was banished from Noxus, and if seen within the city, would be killed on sight.
Nimana left the city, but with hopes high. He had heard of a group of Noxian outcasts as well as mages known as the Gray Order, who practiced magic similar to him. He set out to the Voodoo Lands, in hopes of joining their group and continuing to practice the dark arts. Once there, he was met by the leaders of the group who proclaimed that to prove his devotion and power in the dark arts, he would have to defeat one of their own mages. Nimana was told he had to face off against the leader's of the Gray Order's daughter, Annie. Nimana, feeling confident in his abilities, had accepted the duel, but was dismayed to find out the power Annie possessed. Within moments, the fight was over, and Annie had come out the victor. Nimana, badly burned and his pride destroyed, was banished from the Gray Order.
Nimana wandered aimlessly through the ruin of the Voodoo Lands, slowly becoming weaker and weaker. Deep into the wastes of the Lands however, Nimana, close to death, stumbled upon an opening in the ground. He ventured down the opening and came across a vast system of tunnels and hallways deep below the cursed grounds of the Voodoo Lands. He searched through the seemingly deserted chambers, and came across a room, larger than he had ever seen before. In the room were books, millions upon millions of books and scrolls and writings as far as the eye could see. Nimana wept with joy, and began reading through them, discovering ancient mysteries and powers the world had lost. Nimana's joy was cut short however, when a shadowy group consisting of thousands of cloaked beings surrounded Nimana. All of them had robes, black as onyx, that draped all the way to the floor. Nimana fearfully questioned who they were. They responded that they were a cult of sorcerer's long forgotten by Valoran, who studied and learned magic and power in an underground fortress that spanned underneath all of the Voodoo Lands. Nimana was then told that for the knowledge he had now learned, they would have to destroy him.
Nimana pleaded for his life, saying that he would serve them most faithfully and that he would never tell anyone. The beings consulted one another before taking Nimana to a separate room. They promised to not destroy him so long as he would serve the sorcerers. They then cast a curse on Nimana, and Nimana shrieked with pain as black energy flooded through him. When it was finished, Nimana felt cold and empty. He looked down to see his skin had become dead clammy, and his veins flowed with white liquid instead of red. He also had forgotten everything about himself. The Sorcerer's told him he was dead inside, and that he would feel pain no more. They also told him that he had been blessed with incredible strength, but that the only people keeping him alive were the sorcerer's. For them to continue keeping him alive, he would have to serve them, by guarding the entrance to their underground labyrinth. If he tried to escape in any way, they would know, and they would kill him. With that in mind, Nimana was given a large flail, and sent into the Voodoo Lands, where he now guards the entrance to the lost sorcerers of Valoran. To this day, the only creature that knows the entrance to their subterranean society is Nimana himself.
Thank you so much for reading my concept. Feel free to comment and leave feedback. I would love to know what you guys feel about Nimana, from his abilities, to his ratios, to his lore, to how he looks, to skin ideas, to dialogue ideas. I would love to hear it. I will try to reply to your comments, and most likely take what you say into account and maybe add/remove/change parts of my concept. I also thank Flintfall for his feedback and I made changes on his MS and E ability.
's does 250 damage at rank one. I would suggest starting it at 140, and scale it by 80 (140/220/300). The good AD scaling should cover the rest.
