Ranmus Snowdown

So I did a search first and found one comment a year ago about a potential Snowdown Ranmus Skin in which he was a Snowball. Obviously this didn't happen, and I suspect it might have to do with Freljord Ranmus, which already has a winter feel to it.

I was wondering if there would be any interest if he was a Twinkling Christmas Ornament? Festive Ranmus?
