New Skins Idea: Glitched / Malfunction Skins

Last night I had this dream where I was showing someone how to play an RPG and at the character selection screen I showed this one character who's animation was kinda of glitched but still fully functional. I was partially lucid and I remember thinking that character looked like without the armor.

That got me thinking what if Riot made skins that were like an evil version of the Program / Project skins? Like if they made skins with intentional little glitches in graphics only?

Or maybe this:

I once heard of a small video game called Code Hero (the developers even stylized it like C{}de Her{}) where you had to write code to pass levels. What was REALLY cool about the game was that when the enemies attacked you with their lasers the "lasers" were actually strings of the source code that was currently executing in real time to reduce your HP; like the laser beam itself was just a ray of text that read something like "func_Attack (); playerHealth = playerHealth - 100." THAT would be cool to have something like that for this skin set.
