New Champ Select is Cumbersome

The new champion select screen is amazing and very well done! Keep up the good work, Riot!

However...

I myself am pretty casual when I play League. I really only play normal games. I almost never play Ranked (League measured me at Bronze 3 but my friends tell me I actually play at about a Silver 4 level). I come home from work and relax and play a game or, like today, I have the weekend off and I just get some coffee and play a few Normal games.

In either case, I think the new champion select takes FAR too long.

Team Builder was great. I just pick good old Blitzcrank (my main) and click Ready and go. Maybe there could be an abridged version of the new champion select? Maybe bring team builder back? This new system is cumbersome for me (and maybe others) that just want to get into a friendly game after a long day.
