Appearance: (Because I can't draw.)Kingsley is a well dressed fellow. He wears a back vest and a white dress shirt along with black dress pants and brown dress shoes. Additionally, He sports a long black cloak, a burgundy scarf that covers his face, a top hat and a bow tie. His weapon of choice is a nice cane, gotta look nice when beating the Satan out of Teemo.

**Lore: ** (I am not too good at detailed and dramatic back stories so please bear with this terribly simple explanation). So basically, Kingsley was a very successful, smooth talking, merchant. He lied to and cheated a lot of people out of their money. Because of this he became a notorious scam artist. As his reputation grew, so did the difficulty of finding people who he could fool. Even disguising himself only worked for a few days at a time before he would be found out and chased out of town. Eventually, with a collective bounty large enough to buy the Kingdom of Demacia, Kingsley had nowhere else to go. Even the lowest scum of Runeterra shunned him. Kingsley was forced to hide in a dark, damp cave awaiting his imminent demise. This cave happened to be on the Shadow Isles and now Kingsley is one of them.(I'll flesh this out later) Overall, Kingsley goes to people before they die and offers them a way out, for a price that is.

Stats & Abilities: Primary Role: Fighter Secondary Role: Tank Health- 610 (+0.85 per level Health Regen- 12.50 (+0.65 per level) Armor- 17 (+2.5 per level) Magic Resist- 30 (+0 per level) Movement Speed- 320 Attack Damage- 55 (+2.25 per level) Attack Speed- 0.5 (+2.3% per level)

Passive-Contract Terminated: As the game goes on an enemy champions contract may be terminated. This marks that champion and offers a reward of gold to the first player who eliminates the enemy. The reward is 100 gold (+10 per Kingsley's level after reaching level 5) and is split 50/50 by the killer and Kingsley. Contracts would appear at random intervals of 1-3 minutes. Additionally, while a contract is active, Kingsley gains 10% extra movement speed.

Q-Strong Arm: Upon activation, Kingsley's next basic attack delivers a surprise hook from his off hand, stunning the target for (1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2) seconds and deals (100/150/200/250/300) physical damage.

W-Silver Tongue: Using his high vocabulary, Kingsley taunts enemies in a small radius. Making them target him and also become slowed by (5%/10%/15%/20%/25%) for (0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5) seconds.

E-Black News: Kingsley throws out an envelope(skill shot). While the envelope is still flying, Kingsley can travel to it. This ability would be used for strategic retreats as well as engagements. It does not do any damage but would have a higher cool down do to its use in evasion.

R(Ultimate)-Anti-Assassin Tactics: This ability is a passive. When Kingsley takes damage he has a (5%/10%/15%/20%/25%) chance to deflect 10-50% of the damage back at his attacker. If this effect occurs Kingsley still takes 75% of the damage output.

Additional Thoughts I am not very good at details so I'm probably missing a few things. If you have any suggestions for what should be added let me know. I am also not sure if shadow isles is a good place for him because he looks like a human and doesnt really have any powers

  1. His passive is really bland; it basically reads "Champion gets 10% bonus movespeed and gains free gold if a specific enemy dies". There's not really any interaction here, and his playstyle is not enhanced or changed. He just gets free movespeed and gold.

  2. Him having an AoE taunt + slow on a non ult is kind of bad (the closest is Galio, who has no engagement except flash, being thrown in by Kalista, or waddling up to the enemy), and making it a huge duration also makes it REALLY strong.

  3. RNG is really bad; the only ones we have left are crits (which are pseudo random; each time you don't crit you have a higher chance to crit next hit, and vice versa). A low change RNG damage reflect is REALLY bad; there's absolutely no change in gameplay for you or the enemy, and there is no counterplay or skill involved. It's powerful, sure, but that's no actual gameplay with it; you aren't aiming a skill, or using your cc. You just randomly take less damage and hurt an enemy.

His passive is really interesting. I'd love to see it in game (more trigger events YES please!) His Q and W make him too CC-heavy, and his ultimate makes him an unfair tank. Scalings are a little bit weird. E sounds Glacial Path.

I like the passive.
