Practical Skin Pricing System

Can we get a more comprehensive skin pricing system? I've noticed a LOT of skins that cost 975 RP don't have any particle changing effects of anything that would make buying the skin worthwhile over buying a less expensive skin for the same champ. The best example of this that I've found is for MordekaiserMordekaiser , who has two 975 RP skins (Lord Mordekaiser and Pentakill Mordekaiser) and neither of them have particle effects, just an overall remodel of the skin... whereas his Infernal actually changes at least the color of the shards on his W ability. I know this has been a pretty popular issue among the League community and I think that it would be beneficial to both parties involved if Riot decided to make buying more expensive skins more rewarding. I myself have purchased a few less expensive skins for the sole reason that none of the more expensive skins for that champ gave me any reason to want them more. In a recent Brofresco video, he mentions how 750 RP skins should have at least ONE particle changing effect or even maybe a special recall, and he (and I myself) was very disappointed in the fact that the skins SHOULD BE 520 RP SKINS if they have nothing to give. Just changing the overall look of the skin isn't enough to make it worth 750 RP. So if Riot would give us incentive to buy more expensive skins (or lower the price of skins that aren't worth as much as they are) then they make substantially more money than they do and we're happy because we get better skins. BLOW THIS POST UP BECAUSE THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED
