Champions Blue Essence sale Riot?

with the new system merging IP and Blue Essence it would also like to see a change in shop. For me personally i get awful champ shards when i level up and get nominal amount of blue essence and on that note, I feel it's time for riot to introduce weekly Blue Essence sales for champions. Maybe a few summoners are getting lucky and rolling in Blue essence sadly others are not. Therefore, I purpose riot should add this even if it's not the as large as the 50% rp sales. perhaps making it 25% off or 33% off would be an excellent compromise. furthermore you could follow the route you take with rp sales and wait more then six months before you put it on sale. i hope this is taken into consideration for future plans for league of legends
