New Support Idea

I think we need a support who is single target buff/debuff focused, but not in the way was. see Sona had weak AoE, we need single target utillity and dmg buffs.

The abilities [Q] ability applied to enemy > attacking this unit restores HP, last for 8 seconds ability applied to friendly > attacking this target applies a slow,at 3 attacks the attacker is stunned.(whoever pops the 3 stack is stunned)

[W] ability applied to enemy > knocks back near by enemy units, making a larger knock back with each attack ability applied to friendly >attacking target steals or destroys a small amount of mana

[E] ability applied to enemy > target takes increased dmg ability applied to friendly > cleanses debuffs (doesn't heal and suffers from long cool down)

[R] buffs one target's AD/AP/Movement speed for 12 seconds, but doesn't make them tanky-er and has a long cool down. (like vayne's ult, but for your friends)

They were a overzealous magic scroll manager for the institute of war's archive. they were promoted ,but always get lost on their way to their new job, somehow ending up in league matches. Their presence on the field of battle is just a mistake. considering you can't leave once a match begins,he/she/it? is a long for the ride. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] "Good Luck bro"
