Literally mentioned like 2 days ago when I saw a Poppy on my team donning the Star Guardian skin that she needed a Puppy Poppy skin. So let it be said, so let it be done.

I like it, but if she does get another skin I hope it to be either a Oktoberfest skin (long overdue) or her Dragon Tamer skin where it's just a fat and stout little dragon tied to the end of a stick for a hammer.

Maybe if it was more like Kitty Cat Yorick it'd be easier like a Puppy Dog Poppy? But Puppy Poppy sounds better. Having Poppy turn into a dog is slightly off putting. Not bad but normally human like characters don't turn into animals (I'm not against this but it seems strange)? She's a Yordle but I mean maybe more like a Kigurumi outfit- I like how her hair would be like dog ears. Either way it's a nice skin.
