he won't be receiving a new skin until the rework comes out.
A galaxy skin like Nasus and Renekton would be awesome.
Next year we might actually get a Yoric skin because his rework is due later this year. This means that Urgot might actually stand a chance of having a new skin before 2020.
He's getting a rework.
