This is my second Champion Concept so I would appreciate any feedback from everyone! Don't be afraid to tell me how it is, I can handle it. I promise. P.S. Dollup is a frog!

Dollup is a high mobility bruiser. His main mobility comes from poisoning his targets. But since he is a melee champion this means he has to get in close to gain these short bursts in mobility. His mobility is also quite limited because the only time he has any bonus in movement speed is while he has stacks of his passive applied on enemy units. For every stack, Dollup gains a 5% bonus movement speed, but the stacks are lost upon a basic attack on the unit and will be lost after 10 seconds. The way Dollup should be played is to try to stack as much poison as possible so as to be able to outmaneuver his opponent. Dollup would be played in the top lane, or jungle, building as a tanky fighter. When playing his Q is a good level 1 ability because it allows some good mobility as well as consistent damage output to multiple targets. There is also a risk and reward aspect to Dollup. In order to gain some extra movement speed and damage you have to get close to your opponent, meaning you are susceptible to taking some heavy harass. If you get caught out, you don't really have an escape. Yes you could use his Q, but that isn't really an escape because the targets are generally close together. You don't have a boost in movement speed unless you have enemies with your passive stacked, and if you're being chased down by one or two then you won't have much of a chance. However, you can try to turn the tides and fight back, hoping to lower their health enough to gain the large movement speed boost from his E. Then you can decide whether to be safe and run or to be greedy and go for the kill. Dollup's ultimate is a skillshot that can take high priority targets out of team fights. Again with the risk and reward, if you try to stay on the front line of your team and grab the enemy carry, but accidentally hit their tank/disabler, then your team will pay the price. But if you jump into their back line, you will be in the middle of their team and away from your own. This is why Dollup has great teamwork with disablers who can break up the enemy team. As I've said, Dollup's kit has a lot to do with risk and reward, and if played right, can be a serious threat to the enemy team.

#Lore: Brand new updated Lore!

"It has been a long time since there was any sort of law enforcement in these parts. The Fyrone Flats have given way to bandits and marauders, pillagers and barbarians. I have seen many innocent lives taken just for the sole reason that these pigs were stronger than the people they slaughtered. Everybody lived in fear, never knowing when the next group of scum would come through and terrorize us. There were a few who tried to stand up for the weak, who tried to preserve the lives of the innocent, Father among them, but their numbers dwindled. I have watched families fall apart, I have seen some kill themselves so as not to have to continue with this horrible way of living. I always ran and hid, my speed and agility keeping me safe for a time. However, I was not going to be able to run forever. Mother and Father both knew this, and they agreed I would need to train. One day Father came up to me. He said 'It's time you learn to protect yourself, son. Follow me.'

I got up and followed father. He brought me into a secret room in our house, down below the basement. It was large and full of training equipment. When I asked why he was showing me this, he spoke one sentence.

'It's time I teach you what I know.'

Father began to teach me how to enhance my speed and agility, he forged me into a fast and swift machine. But he also taught me self-restraint. He taught me that I needed to only strike out when I was in peril, and not to use my skills for violence.

'You're a protector Dollup, not a bully.'

After many months of training, Father told me I was ready. Upon questioning he revealed to me our family's greatest weapon.

'For many, many generations our family has been a very respected and admired clan. This was in part due to us being polite and kind, but also because when it came to protecting each other, we were the most skilled and feared fighters on the Flats. We have a secret weapon, one that is passed down from generation to generation. However, it is not an heirloom, like a sword or a blade, but rather, it is inside of you. It is in your blood. Watch and I will show you.'

After finishing those words Father held out his arm, and immediately a liquid began to seep out, coating his arm in a thin layer.

'This is strong toxin that our bodies are able to produce. While it is completely natural and causes no harm to us, it is very poisonous to others who come in contact with it. This is why we are so feared, and this is why we must be protectors, and not marauders.'

After weeks of training, I was beginning to control my toxin fairly well. I could secrete it from different parts of my body at the thought, but it was still difficult for me to control the amount that seeped out. And despite my best efforts, I could not get it under control. I got frustrated, to the point where Father had to stop my training for a short time. It was during this time, that I changed everything. I didn't know it yet, but I would destroy our family.

I ventured out one day, in lieu of my Father's warnings. I was frustrated, I had again failed to limit the amount of toxin seeping from my body and Father had suspended my training until I learned to control my anger. This anger prevented me from thinking rationally, and I didn't even notice the group of bandits walking in my direction. By the time I realized it was too late, they had chosen me as their victim that day. I had no choice, I had to fight back.

I leaped onto the head of the first bandit and after pushing him into a second, jumped past the third and then kicked his legs out in front of him. This enraged the last two, who charged at me recklessly, resulting in their humiliating defeat of knocking themselves out by clanging heads. I never intended to cause any more harm then that, but during the heat of the battle I unknowingly began to secrete the deadly toxin from my arms. As the first bandit got up, I jabbed him in the gut and returned him to the ground, but as he fell I saw what I had done. The toxin began to eat through his armor, searing his flesh on contact, ultimately resulting in his death. That was when Father arrived.

'What are you doing?! What have I warned you about Dollup? We need to leave here immediately. Let's go. We need to go back home.'

However, as we were walking away one of the remaining bandits shouted after us, 'I will never forget your face boy, and you will pay the price dearly for what you have done.' Father told me to ignore him, but how could I? I had just murdered a man, even though my life was not in danger.

After Mother found out about the incident, she forbade me from training any more. However, Father knew that my actions would come with dire consequences, and knew that I would need to control my abilities to avoid this ever happening again as well as to ensure that I would be able to help him protect this family."

Three months later...

"Father and I have been training together, practicing every night after dark, so as not to let Mother know. I was always quick, but now, under Father's guiding hands, I have become faster and stronger than I ever thought I could. And I knew that I was only going to get stronger, especially now that I have gained full control of my deadly toxin. After a long night of training, we headed back up to our rooms, but we heard a loud bang. We both ran up the steps, Father just a fraction faster then me, and as we rounded the corner our blood froze. There in the middle of the room was a monstrous thing of a man, over 7 feet tall with a massive axe that was larger than my whole body. But what was so frightening was the limp figure on the floor in front of him. Blood was pooling near the body, near Mother's body.

'I've received news that an impotent tadpole killed one of my men, so I've come to return the favor. Hahahaha!'

Father became enraged and rushed at the murderer, which is exactly what he wanted. Father wasn't thinking clearly, acting in haste and sloppily trying to attack this barbarian. This brute was toying with him, pretending to get injured from glancing blows, and returning blows that staggered Father upon contact. It wasn't right. Nobody could beat Father, he always won, but he wasn't even in the same league as this... this thing that he fought. I wanted to help, but my body wouldn't move. All I could do was watch. I watched Father get beaten to the ground, and then I watched the barbarian stop toying with him. He lightly held the massive axe and walked over toward Father, crawling on the floor. He didn't even lift the large blade above Father, instead he slid the sharpened edge across Father's upper arm, slicing through his brachial artery causing Father's arm to hemorrhage. As Father began to bleed out, the beast looked at me with an evil smile on his face and said, 'Enjoy the last moments you have with your family. I hope you enjoy the results of your work.' and then he walked out. I watched him leave, still frozen in place, panic and fear flowing through me. After a few seconds I snapped out of it, and rushed to Father's side in a panic. I didn't know what to do, I was frantic. And then I felt a cold touch on my arm, it was Father's hand, Father's cold, lifeless hand. I looked at him, tears in my eyes, as he spoke to me.

'Dollup, we both know I don't have much time left, so you need to listen to what I'm going to tell you. For most of my life I have stood by and watched the powerful harass the innocent. I have seen much pain and suffering that many didn't deserve. It wasn't until you were born that I decided I needed to step in. I needed to be strong to watch out for you and Mother. And now I have failed. So now you must take my place. I need to you to become a protector. I fought for the innocent, now you must decide what you fight for. Always remember that Mother and I will be watching over you. Goodbye, my son.'

Tears streamed down my face as I held Father in my arms. I could feel his cold skin from the loss of blood, and I could feel him struggling to breathe. And I finally felt him release his last breath. I cried until I had no tears left to shed. It wasn't fair. Why did this have to happen to me? Why couldn't I have stepped in and helped? Why couldn't I do anything? I could not bring myself to believe it was truly goodbye. I did not know what to do, or where to go, or even how to live. With nothing left and no purpose to remain here I began walking, taking Father's staff and donning Mother's cape, so as to remember them in everything I did."

A few weeks later...

"I have been walking for days on end, seeing many in pain and many suffering. I wanted to help, but I didn't know how. Until I saw a party of bandits harassing a small family in the street. I remember what you said to me that night, Father. You told me you needed me to be a protector, and I have never known how. But now I know Father. I know what I will fight for. I know how to be a protector of the innocent. This land has been lacking any sense of rule or law, so I will become an enforcer. I will enforce what is right. I will be the law of this land. I will fight against those who do wrong. I will not let evil go unpunished. I will fight for justice. And I will start with this family."

#Abilities:

Clarification: The bonus movement speed is applied for every stack of poison present, not for every unit poisoned (because a unit can have up to 2 stacks on it). Stacks remain for up to 10 seconds, until released by basic attacks, or on Dollup's or the unit's death. Passive: Unstable Toxin - Dollup's abilities apply stacks of Unstable Toxin, with a max of 2 stacks per enemy or neutral monster, which are released when Dollup connects a basic attack on the affected unit. Stacks will remain on enemies for up to 10 seconds, until released by a basic attack, or until Dollup's or the enemy's death. Released Toxins immediately deal 20 (+8% Ability Power) Physical Damage per stack (At max stacks, the bonus damage would equal 40 (+16% Ability Power)). Dollup also gains a 5% bonus in Movement Speed for every stack of Unstable Toxin on enemies.

Clarification: Dollup can bounce between 2 or more enemies repeatedly, but only bounces once if there is only 1 enemy in range. Q: Bound - Dollup leaps on top of up to 4 enemies, dealing 35/65/95/125/155 (+45% Ability Power) Magic Damage to each unit and adding a stack of Unstable Toxin to each target hit. Dollup leaps off of the last enemy hit in the same direction of the cursor. Cost: 65/75/85/95/105 mana Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds Range: 575

Clarification: When W is active, Dollup's basic attacks automatically apply and release stacks of Unstable Toxin on hit, dealing the bonus damage immediately for the duration. W: Secretion - Dollup gains a 15% attack speed and his basic attacks release Unstable Toxin on contact, dealing the bonus damage immediately to target enemies for the next 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. Cost: 65 mana Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds

E: Staff of Justice - Passive: You cannot escape justice. If an enemy champion within 700 units of Dollup and is below 15/20/25/30/35% health, Dollup gains a 25% bonus in movement speed. Active: Dollup jumps to targeted enemy and strikes down with his staff, dealing 75/110/145/180/215 (+50% Ability Power) Magic Damage, slowing the target by 15% for 3 seconds, and applying Unstable Toxin. If Staff of Justice gets the kill on the enemy champion, its cooldown is reset. Justice will be served. Cost: 80/75/70/65/60 mana Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Range: 700

R: Ballistic Tongue - Dollup roots himself in place and shoots out his tongue with immense speed, dealing 100 (+15% Ability Power) Magic Damage to all units in its path and grabbing the first enemy champion hit. The enemy champion receives a stack of Unstable Toxin and is then thrown up into the air, landing at Dollup's original position. Dollup is free to move and use his other abilities once the enemy champion is airborne. Upon landing the enemy champion is dealt 225/300/375 (+75% Ability Power) Magic Damage. Cost: 125/115/105 mana Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds Range: 800

Base Stats

#Laning:

Dollup has a pretty decent laning phase. Due to his Unstable Toxin dealing bonus damage to enemy units, he has strong harass potential while being able to zone the enemy from last hitting. His Unstable Toxin can help him clear waves fast while also harassing the enemy. However, his only ability that applies good amounts of his passive is his Q. It applies 4 stacks of Unstable Toxin each time it is cast, but the Cooldown prevents it from applying an overly large amount of stacks so as to deny extreme amounts of bonus Movement Speed. He is very susceptible to poke champions in the laning phase because he is a melee champ and ranged/poke champions can dish out a lot of harass. Thus, while laning you would want to stack as much poison as you can in order to grab bursts of movement speed to keep your opponent from poking you down. The bursts in movement speed will help you outmaneuver your opponents, evade skillshots, and avoid ganks. But this can only happen by really applying stacks of your passive. And even with high cooldown reduction for your Q (the ability that applies the most stacks of your passive), it would be nearly impossible to have more than 8 stacks of Unstable Toxins at a time, meaning the largest burst of movement speed you could get is 40% if you use your abilities wisely.

#Team Fights:

Dollup works well with other champions who can disable. Yes, Dollup can jump in and try to take out the bursty champions on the enemy team, but where he really excels is at the end of the team fight. After a successful team fight and the enemy team has been broken up and scattered with low health, Dollup goes on the hunt. He has strong chasing potential with his E and would be able to easily catch up with any enemies lacking in mobility. However, Dollup's E does not provide vision of the enemies, which means that they can still escape by using tricks and hiding. His E is a hint as to whether you're "hot" or "cold."

Works Well With: Hecarim Malphite Maokai Nautilus Yasuo Amumu Ashe Good Counters: Heimerdinger Ziggs Teemo Pantheon Gnar

Jokes:

"That's toadly awesome!" *Animation would be him pointing and nodding his head. * "Boing! Boing! Boing!" Animation would be him jumping ask over an area while saying "Boing!"

Taunt:

"Get ready to croak." Hidden with Lulu: "What are you gonna do? Turn me into a frog?" Hidden with Hecarim: "Wanna race?

Dance:

The dance would look like a Russian type dance where Dollup would cross his arms and then squat and push up and kick a leg out. Then squat again and push up and kick the other leg out.

Laugh:

Dollup would start to laugh so hard that he Let's out a "Ribbit!" and then immediately stops laughing and starts apologizing.

Skin Ideas:

Recon Dollup: Dollup would be dressed in scout-like clothing. His skin color would be greenish-brown and would look camouflaged. Vandal Dollup: Not exactly sure how this skin would look. Probably would give him a large Mohawk and his staff would be replaced with a mailbox that he's torn from the ground.

This would be an awesome champ to have and if he does come out i would wont a rework of the character like his basic skin. Even though he looks like a frog dont you think his ability make him jump around a lil too much but I love the concept
