New RGM - Pick Your Kit

--Summary-- A new rotating game mode where when you pick your champion all you get is their ultimate. After champ select you go into a kit select; all available champions are open and when you click on them you get a UI that shows you their basic abilities and you get to choose 3. The champion you selected is who you will be in game and it will leave all enemies oblivious to what abilities you have.

--Why this would be fun-- Until the OP picks are found there will be millions of possible combinations and every game will be different. Crafting champions together will leave the players open to creativity to see how fun of a champion they can make, how good of a champion they can make, or if they can make another Teemo.

--Negatives-- Deciding what to do with champions who build stacks to upgrade abilities, i.e., Rengar, champions that have rotating abilities, e.g., Jayce and Nidalee, and finally champions with abilities that only buff other abilities, i.e., Karma, will be tricky to work around and figure out what to do with their abilities.
