Hextech Chest With No Loot

Hi.

I opened 3 chests in bulk and in the first chest I got 5 items, the client did not load the 2nd or 3rd chest an upon checking my loot there was nothing new and there is nothing in my purchase history.

Is there any way of checking if I got robbed or if I can view my chest loot history?
