fan champion making

hello my name is ori and lattley im having a bunch of ideas for champions and i decided i wanna try and make a fan made champion. i have ideas and im watching and learning trough videos riot uploaded to their youtube channel about making champion and making their art and such so. but im haveing trouble finding a right program to use to design my fan made champion any sugestions for good programs i can use ? (its my first time designing so i need kinda easy to use program that not to complecated cuz im a starter) thnx alot ori.

Use FireAlpaca or Krita both are free and work really well. I use them to make my art, but if you don't have a wacom or drawing tablet it can get kinda hard. (Wacoms are usually less then $80). If you want to animate something I think you can just use youtube.
