if i get the icon and border from the chaos tokens is the border works/ appeard only when i play night bringer yasuo,yasuo or every loading screen for example even when i play elise?

I do now know for certain but somebody posted that you need to have the skin. Again, I do now know firsthand.
I don't think that is Gameplay stuff. That is Support .
It's a border for the skin, like the project ones.
Like my first strike Project Leona border, it is only for the skin it is intended to go with
