(Champion Concept) Sanoger, the Mask of Spite
Special thanks to someone very obvious.
Appearance: SPY.
Lore: Icathia was not always a desolate wreck. Long before the Void destroyed it, Icathia was a booming center of civil discourse, government, and innovation. As a daily ritual, the population would gather in large congregations to hear the ideas and creations of others, expressing their thoughts and showing evidence of their work.
The approach was unfortunately flawed. After their presentation, the presenter's work would then be open to criticism from the rest of the congregation. The results varied wildly - some were lauded as grand masterpieces, others were condemned as unviable trash, and still others received mixed praise. But one man took this far more deeply than anyone thought possible.
Tired of presenting idea after idea only for it to be torn apart ruthlessly, he began to disregard any help refining his idea. In his mind, it was the same group of people influencing everyone else. How dare they mock his perfection? For a time, he withdrew from the public eye. No one was aware of his whereabouts. They were aware, however, of the scathing remarks several other people made concerning otherwise popular ideas.
The few citizens that were able to piece together the connection named those people Sanoger - meaning "spiteful". In a futile attempt, they tried to warn other citizens to disregard those remarks, but it was too late. Sanoger had successfully woven their way into the public opinion. Soon every presentation was met with nothing more than bitterness and disdain. Icathia's long-standing tradition crumbled. When the Void destroyed Icathia, only did a few of its citizens realized that one man's work could have saved them.
Yet Sanoger remained. Nothing more than hollow people underneath the control of the scorned man, he took the name of Sanoger for himself - the only good idea they ever came up with, in his eyes. Sanoger left the ruins of Icathia, his means of survival and the source of his newfound powers shrouded in mystery. The rumor around Shurima is to be wary of unpleasable people - Sanoger could be anywhere. What he truly means to do - find and ingratiate himself to Azir - could spell doom for Shurima just as it did to Icathia.

Abilities:
Passive: Masked Guise - When out of sight, can select an enemy champion. You appear on the enemy's minimap and screen as that champion, mirroring their current health and mana and any buffs they may have acquired. You are NOT immune to enemy attacks. Pink wards and turrets detect you and overlay your real form on top of your disguise. The disguise is broken when attacking an enemy champion, turret, or large monster, dealing 150% (+1% per 2% crit chance) damage.
Q: Gouge the Eyes - The next autoattack does bonus damage and removes all vision from the target, gradually decaying over the duration. Against monsters and minions, disables their ability to attack for 2 seconds.
Total Physical Damage: 20/55/90/125/160 (+1.2 total AD) Nearsight Duration: 1.25/1.4/1.65/1.8/1.95 seconds Mana Cost: 40 mana Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds
W: Alternate Identity - Stealth yourself while an exact clone of yourself attack-moves in a target direction. The clone deals full damage and has all of your passive effects and buffs, but dies after three hits from a champion or when you break stealth, fading into smoke.
Stealth Duration: 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds
E: Public Shame - Hurls a knife that strikes the first target it hits, dealing damage and slowing. If it hits from behind, stuns instead. Does not break disguise.
Physical Damage: 50/90/140/190/240 (+0.9 bonus AD) Slow: 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% Slow/Stun Duration: 1.5 seconds Range: 800 Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana Cooldown: 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 seconds
R: Sanoger's Vexation - Marks a large area. Sanoger, if within 400 units of this area, can autoattack anyone in this area, instantly teleporting behind them and dealing bonus damage.
Bonus Physical Damage: 25/40/65 (+0.1 bonus AD) Cooldown Between Teleportbackstabs: 1 second Area Duration: 5/6.5/8 seconds Area Radius: 350 Range: 800 Mana Cost: 150 mana Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds
Q&A:
Q: What? A: Sanoger is an assassin that fills the spy niche that LeBlanc fails to do so. He revolves around clever use of manipulating what an enemy sees to maximize his damage output and minimize the damage he takes.
Q: I don't get who you're thanking? A: Then play more video games until you start reading things backwards on instinct.
Q: Wouldn't disguises be bad in high-level play? No one uses the Spy's disguise in professional TF2 play. A: That's why breaking the disguise does bonus damage. Even if you can't trick your opponents, you can still get bonus damage.
Q: Isn't he totally broken as a jungler? A: Haven't you learned to use pink wards, especially when there's a stealth champion in the game? His gap closer relies on him not being seen - if you see him at all, he's totally worthless without ulting, and you'd still have enough time to clear the area even after he ults.
Q: Isn't his disguise too perfect? A: He's not generating vision for the enemy, so no.
Q: How do I stop him? A: Pink wards and health+armor. He's very upfront about his burst, so once you survive that, you're in the clear as long as you don't show your back to him. If he gets tossed out of the fight without his ult, it'll take him awhile to come back, so that helps too. If he does ult, either clear the area or ult that area instead with your best teamfight ult - Amumu and Zyra are really good at making him suffer for it.
Q: That W clone seems really powerful? A: If you attack slowly, yeah, but even if you're not Jayce or a pro ADC, mindless autoattacking should make you think something's up. Also, pink wards.
Q: No, I meant its damage? Like, it's better than Shaco's clone? A: Necessary to maintain the disguise. Since the stealth lasts for a fairly short amount of time and kills the clone, your damage output never exceeds what you could do when unstealthed.
Q: You didn't answer my question? A: Ask below! I'm open to everything.
