We want an old woman champion!/Baba Yaga Champion Concept

I was reading the post about the next champion being a female human, and so many people were expressing their desire for an old woman, classical witch archetype champion.

I think a really good basis for a champion like this would be the Baba Yaga

I would imagine a character like this being an mage support who made potions. I think a really neat mechanic would be that Baba Yaga produces potions passively, or has to collect ingredients similar to bards chimes to buy special potions in the store that she can than give to other champions healing like a normal health or mana potion would, as well as additional effects such as AD MR buffs, speed buffs, sheilds, and maybe even damaging potions. Baba would look like an old hunchback woman in a brown cowl with silver hair, and would have an apothecaries satchel and a small horn attached to her side. Babas potions would be a special menu in the store, or a screen like Viktors upgrades, and her potions wouldn't store as items but as passive icons, so that she can still build normal items.

A basic kit idea for her would go like this:

Passive - Forage: Baba Yaga uses her knowledge of magical herbs to identify and collect regents throughout the jungle. These regents can be used to buy special potions in the store. As Baba Yaga is manaless, her regents are displayed in the resource bar.

Q - Throw Potion: Baba Yaga Throws a potion to an allied champion within 550 Units. CD: 12/10/9/8 Seconds

W - Balance the Scales: Baba Yaga creates a bond between herself and another champion, balancing their health bars (Heal Baba if shes lower health than the other champion while dealing damage to them, heal the other champion if they're lower than Baba while dealing damage to Baba) up to a maximum of x/x/x/x(+xAP)

E - Herbology: Baba trains herself in the science of Herbology, making her potions more potent by 10/20/30/45%. In addition, Baba passively gains health from regents she collects.

R- Horn of Plenty: Baba Yaga blows her horn, creating an aura that grants +10/15/20/30 HP and +20/25/30/40 MP per second to allied champions, as well as granting Baba Yaga +100% movement speed for 4/6/10 seconds. In addition, each rank in Horn of Plenty allows Baba to passively generate regents at a slow pace.

Yeah, I know the idea isn't that good or original but an old witch character sounds so fun!
