Skin Concept: Replicator / Battlecast Zac

Just recently I watched the entire series of Stargate SG-1 and I came up for a (imho) brilliant idea for a Zac skin. This skin could be sold as legendary skin (or maybe even ultimate) and I personally would buy it no matter the cost, because I main this champ and I'd love to use it in every game.
The skin idea is inspired by the Replicators from the Stargate Series (See them reassemble at 0:14 of the video). Basically the idea is a Zac made out of tiny replicator cells. I'll explain, how his skills could look with this skin:
Passive: Cell Division When Zac uses a skill, a small chunk of replicator cells falls off his body (mostly parts that were used for the skill). The "cell-dust" dropped from his body then gathers at a random location, just like the standart-blobs and instantly reassembles into tiny replicator bugs, that run around in circles without orientation. When Zac walks over them, they crawl up his body and reunite with him. If an enemy champion walks over them, they are crushed and dissolve to tiny fragments before disappearing. When Zacs HP drop to 0 his body becomes unstable and explodes into four incomplete bugs reassembling from small fragments, while they are crawling to the center, where they are supposed to reassemble his body.
Q: Stretching Strike Instead of an elastic flubber-like punch his mechanical arms transform into two cannons that fire a short-ranged blast (comparable to Vis E: Excessive Force) towards the target direction. After this his arms dissolve to replicator cells, that gather at a random location around him.
W: Unstable Matter Instead of simply detonating, spikes made from his replicator cells shoot out of his body and dissolving afterwards. The leftover "cells" that fell on the ground then gather on a random spot around him.
E: Elastic Slingshot Instead of grabbing the ground and stretching his arms to shoot himself forward, his legs transform into rocket thrusters, that are ignited, while he is charging. If he interrupts the charge, they rapidly transform back to legs. If he decides to jump, the thrusters boost him forward crashing him into the target location. As he lands, his thrusters dissolve and reassemble at a random location.
R: Let’s Bounce! Instead of simply bouncing, his body transforms into a hoberman sphere, expanding and retracting on with each bounce. Every time he hits an enemy, parts of the hoberman sphere fall off as replicator cells, reassembling at a near spot.
I even have ideas for his joke and his lines.
Joke Instead of transforming into a balloon, he could reassemble himself in the shapes of other random champions (just to troll them) (you could even insert an Urf joke there). His line could be something like "I'm flexible in a completely different way"
Taunt "It's not about physical potential. It's how well you are designed!"
Also there are several possibilities for his lines like on the other Battlecast skins. Many puns fit to his "flexibility" and his ability to reassemble to different shapes.
