[Gameplay Bug] Zac Jump Range shortened by slow effects

Hey Riot!

I'm one of the 3-5 Zac main players and encountered a bug(?), that's annoying me very much and creates frustrating gameplay: When I charge up my E: Elastic Slingshot with Zac Zac, jump and someone hits me with any kind of slow effect in midair (which alone is already stupid - why can you hit Zac with an attack on the ground like Irelias E: Equilibrium Strike or Gragas Q: Barrel Roll, while he is like 10m above the ground?!), the range of the jump is dramatically reduced (from 1550 range to roughly 100 units). I've encountered this problem several times, while trying to kill the Dragon. I see enemies coming, charge up my Elastic Slingshot, to jump away over the wall and as soon as someone hits me with a slow, I can't even jump over the wall although the range should be enough to almost reach the Red Buff.

To compare: Other champions "Ground-Targeted dashes" (Elastic Slingshot's category), like Tristana's W: Rocket Jump or Aatrox's Q: Dark Flight are not affected by this. According to the wiki:

Tristana's Rocket Jump: "Non-airborne crowd control effects, such as stuns and snares, will take effect upon landing and will not cancel the jump." "All airborne crowd control effects, such as knockups and knockbacks, will cancel the jump and then complete their effects as normal."

Aatrox's Dark Flight: "If Aatrox is afflicted with an airborne crowd control or forced into his Blood Well stasis during the initial flight time, Dark Flight will fail and will not cause him to dash." "Other forms of crowd control applied while the animation is in progress will be suspended until the animation finishes."

(Nerd Part: Even according to the laws of physics this is nonsense, because an object in motion stays in motion, no matter how many difficulties it has to move its legs or how paralyzed it is)

It also doesn't happen with skills not explicitly saying this like Tryndamere's E: Spinning Slash or LeBlanc's W: Distortion. I only have seen this problem with Zac's E: Elastic Slingshot by now and I think this is an unfair disadvantage (I don't even think this was intentional).

I understand, that the jumping range of his R: Let's Bounce is reduced, when he gets slowed, because this skill works by giving him 20-50% movement speed accelleration, but that is not the case with his E: Elastic Slingshot. It doesn't work via movement speed, but via channeled point and click. I have no problem with the fact, that a Blitzcrank Rocket Grab or a Thresh Death Leap can grab him (although the latter is officially not considered a pull, but a stun), but his range reduction is extremely frustrating, if you can't even jump over a wall with League of Legends longest jump. (I also don't understand, why you can't jump over small walls with R: Let's Bounce, while you can with Kalista's micro-hops after her autoattacks, but this is a whole different topic~)
